Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for our GARAGE/DYNAMITE store in Victoria, Canada. You will own the stockroom, manage inventory movement, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays stocked and vibrant to deliver a seamless in-store experience.

The role requires a high school diploma and 6+ months in stockroom or back-of-house retail. You will be a proactive team player with strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.
