Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. operates Garage and Dynamite stores and is seeking an Operations Associate in Barrie, Ontario.

You will own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and help keep the floor stocked and appealing. You’ll support e-commerce orders and markdowns to ensure a seamless in-store experience and be the backbone that keeps the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.
