Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Sales Associate for GARAGE to deliver an elevated shopping experience by styling customers, building connections, and upholding our brand aesthetics on the sales floor.

You will report to the Store Manager and help maintain daily store flow, ensuring great service while aligning with our energetic, fashion-forward community. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

As a Sales Associate, your focus is creating an elevated shopping experience—whether it’s styling customers in their new favourite fits, building real connections, or bringing the vibe to the floor. You’ll make every shopper feel like part of our Garage community, turning quick visits into long-term relationships with the brand. You’ll also support the daily flow of the store, keeping everything running smoothly while upholding our brand and visual standards.
