Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments and ensure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back.

You’ll be a behind-the-scenes driver of store operations with a focus on detail, teamwork and a proactive approach in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months in stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail is preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset powers the in-store experience.
• Social media familiarity and tech-liness are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience;
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
