Job summary

GARAGE is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh to deliver a seamless customer experience.

From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll support the team so customers keep coming back. You’ll be the backstage driver of a busy retail environment, collaborating with teammates to power the in-store and online experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience is preferred (fashion-related is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you power the shopping experience.
• Social media savvy; comfortable with mobile and computer tools.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You'll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you'll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you're the one making sure everything runs smoothly - an essential part of the team's success.

Your role & qualifications

• High school diploma;
