Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Gallery Host for the Oakridge Park Presentation Centre in Vancouver. You will ensure a welcoming, organized space, provide basic information, and support sales staff during peak times.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, offering light tours, registering attendees, and directing clients to the appropriate teams. Previous hospitality or front-of-house experience is preferred, with strong communication and reliable punctuality, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Presentation Centre as required and keep it clean and presentable.
• Welcome visitors, provide basic Oakridge Park information, and offer light tours when staff are busy.
• Register visitors and capture contact details for follow-up; direct inquiries to Sales/Customer Care as needed.
