Job summary

the company is building the largest AI-native funds platform and seeks a Junior Funds Paralegal to support initial LP transfer documents and client delivery.

You will liaise with transfer parties, work with lawyers and senior paralegals, and grow toward practicing legal professional.

Join the Funds team in the Americas and contribute to a high-volume, fast-moving private capital practice.

Qualifications

• Legally educated (preferred); an undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred; a GDL is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements)
• Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows
• Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters
• Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional.

You will be joining our Funds team in the Americas Region.
