Carta, Inc. is seeking a Junior Funds Paralegal to join our Americas Funds team in Toronto. You will draft LP transfer documents, coordinate with transfer parties, and assist lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality legal work on fast-moving matters.
You will build legal expertise, gain exposure to fund transfers, and have opportunities to progress towards qualifying as a practicing legal professional in a dynamic AI-native law firm environment.
