A Funding Administrator supports the management of administrative tasks within a commercial funding group. This role involves follow-ups, auditing, investigations, monitoring, and reporting on Commercial Mortgage loans. Responsibilities include processing transactions, record management, preparing correspondence and reports, responding to inquiries, maintaining files, setting up loans on PLM and Portal, and completing post-funding audits for CMHC-Insured and Conventional Mortgages as per servicing agreements.
