As a key member of the Office of the Registrar, the Functional Analyst position blends a strong understanding of enrolment and student service processes with expert knowledge of the enrolment systems underpinning those processes. Through effective system configuration, the Functional Analyst ensures the University’s student systems and enrolment related processes run efficiently, accurately, and on time. They also collaborate with team members and subject matter experts from across the University to improve processes and fully utilize the functionality within available systems. Leveraging this unique expertise, the Functional Analyst is pivotal in supporting the entirety of the student journey and improving the student experience at the University of Alberta.
