Job summary

The successful candidate will collaborate with university stakeholders, apply change management, and help improve the student journey throughout the enrolment lifecycle. This is a hybrid position based at North Campus, Edmonton.

Qualifications

• Related post-secondary degree or diploma.
• Minimum of two years of related experience with student administration systems in a post-secondary environment.
• Demonstrated competence with technology and knowledge of enrolment processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise on enrolment systems and advises on system capabilities.
• Participates in system/process improvement projects and change management.
• Configures enrolment systems and provides operational support for enrolment and student services.
• Supports development of operational reports and data requests related to enrolment systems.
