Job summary

The University of Alberta's Office of the Registrar is seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Manager, Enrolment Systems & Planning for a full-time, two-year temporary position. Hybrid role with remote and in-person work; work primarily at North Campus, Edmonton.

You will lead a team of 8-10 Functional Analysts, analyze business needs, design improvements, coordinate system implementations, and maintain vendor relationships; advise leaders and partners across campus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT/enrolment systems projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration across campus stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-10 Functional Analysts guiding system implementations, enhancements and upgrades.
• Advise leaders in the Deputy Provost (Students and Enrolment) and partners across campus.
• Analyze business needs, mitigate risks and design continuous improvement strategies for student administration services.
• Build high-performing cross-functional support models and maintain key vendor relationships.
