Job summary

UNIQLO Canada is hiring full-time Store Associates for our Calgary CF Market Mall location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations, including POS transactions and floor upkeep.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work full time and 32–40 hours per week.
• Flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to reflect UNIQLO values.
• Remain knowledgeable about the brand, products, and current store promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock as needed.
• Uphold fitting room standards and assist customers.
• Process payments using a POS system.
• Other duties as assigned.
