As a security professional, you'll contribute to the safety and security of students, staff, and stakeholders by enforcing regulations, monitoring CCTV, operating security equipment, controlling access, reporting hazards, and responding to incidents.

We support your career growth and are seeking a strong leader who is confident and ready to advance in security. The position is for the Night Shift Supervisor on a rotational schedule from 2000-0800 .

The candidate must meet the following requirements :

• Over 1 year of security experience; supervisory experience is an asset
• Standard First Aid & Level C CPR with AED
• Valid Class G Driver's License with a clean record
• Comfort with two-way radios
• Empathy and good listening skills
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
• Problem-solving skills, discretion, and good judgment
• Use of force training is an asset

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Direct work assignments of security guards on shift
• Assist with staff relief and substitutions
• Train new and existing staff
• Evaluate staff performance
• Report staff and security issues
• Conduct patrols and enforcement activities
• Manage daily security operations and audits of systems (CCTV, alarms, access, lighting, AED)
• Provide emergency first aid, CPR, and AED
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Review and approve incidents in the incident management system
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
