Responsibilities

• Create and prepare desserts as per existing Arabic menus.
• Create and bake breads.
• Decorate cakes and baked goods according to requirements.
• Plate desserts for serving.
• Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings.
• Follow proper handling and correct temperatures of all food products.
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and place orders as needed.
• Check quality of materials and condition of equipment used for cooking.
• Maintain a lean, orderly station and adhere to health and safety standards.
