Legacy Co-op is recruiting a Full Time Manager for our Ebenezer Agro/Crop Inputs location in Ebenezer, SK. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop staff, ensure customer service excellence, manage budgets and safety compliance.

You will mentor staff to grow sales and margins, oversee procurement, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners. A Class 5 license and ability to travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing a successful retail operation or supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to maintain, retain and grow a strong customer base.
• Strong financial management, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction and day‑to‑day execution of all Agro Centre operations. This includes staff recruitment and development, customer service excellence, inventory procurement, sales growth, budgeting, and safety compliance.Build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure high-quality service and operational success.

• Lead daily operations in alignment with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and oversee an extensive customer contact program.
• Mentor the team to grow sales, increase margins, and manage expenses.
• Develop and oversee operating budgets, reporting regularly to the Division and Finance Manager.
• Manage procurement of products and supplies.
• Champion a culture of safety and lead by example.
• Collaborate across the division to identify inventory and sales opportunities.
• Provide leadership to direct reports

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing a successful retail operation or supervisory/leadership experience.
• Professional Agrologist or Certified Crop Advisor designation (or willing to obtain)
• Proven ability to maintain, retain and grow a strong customer base.
• Strong financial management, planning, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple departments or locations effectively.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge ofasset protection, OH&S regulations, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as required.
