Blazesoft in Vaughan, Canada is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Full-Stack to own features end-to-end on an AI-centric platform. You will design, build, verify against acceptance criteria, and ship production-ready code.

The role spans front-end and back-end with .NET/C#, Next.js/React SSR, and cloud/Kubernetes deployment. You will mentor others, drive integration work with external APIs, and ensure observability and security.

Qualifications

• Senior/staff full-stack experience building production-grade apps.
• REST APIs with .NET/C# and Next.js/React SSR.
• Experience with scalable, highly available systems.
• Hands-on with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• 3rd-party and B2B integrations.
• API security, OAuth, HMAC.
• AI-assisted delivery and automated verification.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred).
• Observability tooling (Grafana, Sentry).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end from design to production.
• Build and operate 3rd-party and B2B integrations on the platform.
• Use AI coding agents and automated verification to speed delivery.
• Set technical patterns across a multi-workstream environment.
