Manulife is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to craft next‑gen intelligent, cloud‑native apps. You will work across the stack—from React frontends to Python backends and AI components.

You will implement LLM‑powered solutions, RAG techniques, and data pipelines with Azure Databricks, AKS, and MongoDB/Cosmos DB. Join a team that values secure, scalable software, collaboration with product and design, and hands‑on ownership from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on development with Python, Java, and React.
• Experience building backend services and APIs with FastAPI or similar.
• Practical experience with LLM-based or agentic AI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen.
• Experience with RAG solutions including embeddings and vector search.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications across front-end, back-end, API, AI, and data layers.
• Build responsive user experiences with React and modern web practices.
• Develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI and asynchronous Python frameworks.
• Build LLM-powered AI apps using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or similar.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings and enterprise data sources.
• Establish pipelines and work with large datasets using Azure Databricks and Delta Tables.
