Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating and deploying AI/ML technology into production environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to provide customer value.
• Design modular, testable, and scalable backend architectures.
• Willingness to learn new frameworks, libraries, and tools quickly.
• Expertise in building observability and monitoring for cloud-native apps.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack features using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing, data extraction, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to productionize AI models.
• Research and prototype new AI applications to enhance the product.
• Build scalable, secure, observable cloud architectures for AI services.
• Develop data pipelines for AI model training and inference.
• Create seamless UX with AI-powered features.
• Engage in architecture planning, code reviews, and planning sessions.
• Own feature development end-to-end after ramp-up, coordinating with QA.
• Coordinate across teams to unblock dependencies and improve releases.
• Contribute ideas in quarterly planning and company-wide initiatives.
• Participate in hackathons, guilds, and AI tooling experiments.
