Cozey is hiring a Fulfillment Center Clerk for our new distribution center in Mount Royal, Quebec. You will support daily logistics operations, working closely with the Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 49 lbs/22 kg, in variable temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus.
• Experience in small teams or start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and place items onto pallets.
• Organize the warehouse by sorting, counting inventory, and space improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily.
• Receive, sort, and inspect returns; restock when applicable.
• Prepare orders with attention to detail; pick merchandise and print shipping labels.
• Collaborate with warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and Operations.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.

We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Clerk to join our new distribution center located at 8191 Ch. Montview, Mount Royal, Quebec H4P 2P2. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Operator to support the smooth execution of daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, detail-oriented, and reliable. What you'll be doing

• Unload containers and safely handle merchandise by placing items onto pallets.
• Actively contribute to the organization and optimization of the warehouse, including sorting, inventory counts, and space improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment on a daily basis.
• Receive, sort, and inspect returned items to ensure quality standards are met and items are restocked when applicable.
• Prepare orders with attention to detail, including picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.
• Work closely with the warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Support various warehouse-related tasks as needed, based on operational priorities.

• 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, orlogisticsenvironment.
• Ability to work physically for extended periods (standing,lifting upto 49lbs/ 22 kg, working in variable temperatures).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently.
• Comfort working with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality control,returnsprocessing, or furniture handling is a plus.
• Experience in small teams or start-up environments is a plus.

• Competitive hourly wage of $21/hour.
• 40 hours/week with paid overtime.
• Monday to Friday day shifts from 7AM to 3:30PM.
