Job summary

At Cozey, we’re expanding our Montreal fulfillment center and seeking an experienced evening shift lead to drive on-time receiving, picking, staging, and shipping. You’ll supervise the warehouse team, coach staff, and ensure safety rules are followed while hitting HQ KPIs.

You’ll own your shift’s performance, develop SOPs for inbound and outbound tasks, and collaborate with day-shift managers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a production environment.
• Strong spoken and written communication.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to propose improvements.
• Experience managing a manual or technical workforce or experience with process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure receiving, picking, staging, and shipping are completed on time and in full, every shift.

The Mission

Reporting to the Fulfillment Center Manager, you’ll own the evening shift at our Montreal fulfillment center and make sure every order that should leave the building tonight does, accurately and safely. You’ll lead the team on the floor, set the pace across receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, and turn shift results into better ways of working. When volume spikes, a shipment runs late, or a process breaks, you’re the one on site making the call, working closely with the day shift and the FC Manager to keep the site running as one team.

Mont-Royal, Montreal · Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. · Hands-on leadership role

What You'll Be Doing
