Job summary

Cozey is seeking a warehouse associate in Mississauga to operate Reach and Forklift equipment and manage daily distribution center tasks. You will handle receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and quality checks while contributing to process improvements.

The role requires 2+ years of MHE experience, a valid forklift/reach license, physical capability to lift 49 lbs, and the ability to work in a team. Transit-accessible location with benefits after 1 month.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, move and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) in variable temperatures.
• 2+ years of experience operating material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) in a production/distribution setting.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proof required).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Experience in a quality control environment is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Experience in small teams or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) for warehouse tasks.
• Execute daily core and support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing).
• Propose and lead initiatives to improve DC processes.
• Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.
• Take accountability for core and support activities and propose action plans when targets aren’t met.
• Other related tasks as needed.
