Job summary

Westview Co-op in Olds, AB is seeking a full-time Team Member to support fueling and delivery operations. You will deliver fuel safely, assist with preload planning, and uphold safety standards while providing guests with a friendly, home-like experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of driving, a valid Class 3 or Class 1 license, weekend/shift flexibility during seeding and harvest, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our services, consistently aligning with our Core Values and living the Westview Co-op brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to and promoting Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
• Delivering professional, people-first Guest service, embodying our “You’re at Home Here” brand promise
• Performing general fuel deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Dispensing fuel in accordance with safety and operational standards
• Assisting with preload planning to ensure efficient delivery routes
• Fertilizer/Seed Delivery
• Conducting light truck maintenance as needed
• Lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
• Supporting other projects and assignments as required to support team success

Who You Are

We are seeking a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow. This is a full-time position with additional scheduling flexibility required to support holiday coverage and peak seasonal demands, particularly during seeding and harvest. Availability of weekends and shift work is required as needed during these periods. • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)

• Experience with liquid hauling is considered an asset

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
• Clean Driver’s Abstract
• Availability required during seeding and harvest seasons, including weekends and shift work and holiday coverage.
