Job summary

Westview Co-op in Drumheller, Alberta is seeking a hardworking Team Member to support store operations and member service. This full-time role involves day, evening, and weekend shifts with emphasis on safety, merchandising, and delivering a positive guest experience.

You will handle POS, stocking, delivering products, and contribute to a clean, well-presented store aligned with our Brand values of integrity, community, and teamwork.

• Understand and follow Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program.
• Provide professional, people-first service to members and guests.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals.
• General merchandising of product.
• Accurate ordering of product.
• Load/Unload product.
• Deliver product.
• Work with CASMS (Computer Assisted Shelf Management).
• Ensure a high level of store image in line with our Brand expectations.
• Other projects and assignments as required.

What you’ll do:

The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
• Providing Professional, people first, service to our Members and Guests and living our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
• Operating our point-of-sale terminals
• General Merchandising of product
• Accurate ordering of product
• Load/Unload product
• Deliver product
• Working with CASMS (Computer Assisted Shelf Management)
• Ensure a high level of store image in line with our Brand expectations
• Other projects and assignments as required

This position requires the use of equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and stock carts, as well as heavy lifting of product

This is a Full-time position working 32-40 hours a week. The candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings and weekends.
