Job summary

Westview Co-op is hiring an Agro Team Member in Drumheller to support daily store operations. You will provide friendly, guest-focused service and ensure accurate POS handling, stocking, and presenting our brand standards on the sales floor.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a comprehensive benefits package and pension plan.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand:

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
• Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
• Operating our point-of-sale terminals
• Stocking shelves with product
• Ensuring a high level of store image in line with our Brand expectations
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product (up to 50 lbs unassisted).
