Job summary

Chateau Nova Kingsway in Edmonton is seeking a friendly, full-time Server to join our busy Food & Beverage team and provide attentive service to guests.

The role involves taking orders, handling payments, assisting with bartending, and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. ProServe certification and prior serving/bartending experience are required; flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Do you enjoy creating a welcoming experience for guests and working as part of a busy Food & Beverage team?

Chateau Nova Kingsway is looking for a friendly, dependable and experienced Full-Time Server to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys providing great service, works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable assisting with bartending duties when required.

This position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service
• Take orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are served efficiently
• Answer guest questions and provide information about menu items, beverages and hotel services
• Check in with guests throughout their experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Process guest payments accurately and follow established cash-handling procedures
• Maintain clean, organized and guest-ready service areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members to provide smooth, consistent service
• Assist with bartending duties as required, including preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Help with bar setup, stocking and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Follow responsible liquor service requirements and all applicable hotel proceduresAssist fellow team members when needed to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
