Job summary

FGF Brands in Canada is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Auditor to lead HACCP/BRCGS programs across the site, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer standards, and supporting audits to stay audit-ready year-round.

The role includes updating SOPs, coordinating meetings, training staff, performing internal audits, and driving continuous improvements, with occasional travel to other facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience in QA and food safety programs preferred.
• Familiarity with HACCP, BRCGS and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Lead HACCP/BRCGS programs and maintain QA systems.
• Ensure compliance with CFIA, Health Canada, USDA, FDA, and customer standards.
• Update SOPs and records; schedule and lead HACCP meetings; maintain records.
• Coach and support QA teams; conduct internal and external audits; drive CAPA.
• Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits; support external audits.
• Train team members on CCP monitoring and HACCP SOPs.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.
