Liberty in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking an OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the OverIT Next-Gen FSM platform for utility and energy clients. The role bridges business needs with technical execution, translating field-operations requirements into scalable solutions.

The position supports onsite or hybrid work arrangements and offers a competitive CAD hourly rate, with long-term engagement and visa flexibility.

Formación

• 3–7+ years of FSM implementation or consulting experience.

Rate: $90 CAD

Role overview

We are looking for an OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of the OverIT Next-Gen Field Service Management (FSM) platform for clients in utilities, , energy, , and oil & gas industries. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution — translating customer field-operations needs into scalable, configured solutions on the OverIT platform.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–7+ years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) implementation or consulting; hands-on OverIT platform experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of FSM domain concepts: work order management, scheduling/dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and linear asset industries (utilities, telecom, energy).
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) connecting FSM to CRM/ERP/GIS/IoT systems.
• Working knowledge of GIS concepts and tools (ESRI/ArcGIS integration is a plus).
• Familiarity with mobile app configuration and offline-first application design.
• Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills; ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
• SQL and basic scripting/data-handling skills for configuration, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills; ability to run workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prior experience in utilities, telecom, transportation, or oil & gas sectors is a plus.
