Job summary

Infosys is seeking an FSM Consultant in Mississauga, Ontario to interface with stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the SDLC, including requirements elicitation and architecture definition. You will analyze operational needs, design solutions, and support implementation across Asset Management, Work Management, and Field Operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT and experience in FSM/Asset Management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of information technology experience.
• Experience in Field Service Management, Asset Management, or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Understanding field operations processes: maintenance, scheduling, dispatch, and workforce management.
• Authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Design solutions and support implementation across FSM and Asset Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Participate in end-to-end FSM/Asset Management programs.
