Job summary

Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. in Regina, SK, is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead frontline safety across mill operations, including melt shop and finishing. You will coach, observe, and enforce safe work practices to protect employees and equipment.

You will review procedures, conduct LOTO and high‑risk controls, mentor new staff, and partner with site leaders to drive continuous safety improvements. The role requires 3–5 years in safety management and a related certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of safety management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of provincial safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline safety performance across all mill operations.
• Provide coaching, conduct work observations, verify safe practices and compliance.
• Oversee contractor safety, onboarding and permits; manage LO/TO reviews.
• Complete daily safety logs and track corrective actions; monitor hazards.
• Participate in incident investigations and emergency drills; drive improvements.
