Job summary

Air Products in Edmonton, Alberta seeks an experienced Production Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations and EH&S of the process units at our new facility.

You will coach operators, coordinate maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with engineering and management stakeholders.

This safety‑sensitive role requires a strong process background, leadership experience in large industrial facilities, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Power Engineering certificate or engineering degree with leadership in large facilities.
• 15+ years industry experience with at least 3+ years supervisory in hazardous environments.
• Experience in Autothermal Reforming, Gasification, or Steam Methane Reforming.
• Strong knowledge of process safety programs including permit to work and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operating procedures.
• Train, mentor, and develop operators and technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure reliability of process units.
• Lead risk assessments and incident investigations (RCA).
• Support capital and maintenance project scoping and execution.
