Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Proven ability to create a collaborative atmosphere through positive leadership.
• Experience in ensuring production or quality in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and production quality assurance program.
• Prepares a weekly labor schedule to meet production deadlines and requirements.
• Ensures compliance with API quality standards and production QA program.
• Meets daily safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Prepares a weekly labor schedule to meet production deadlines.
• Allocates resources to support efficient operations.
• Collaborates with Maintenance to ensure machinery reliability.
• Liaises with QA to ensure steel meets quality specs.
