Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a retail management professional to assist the Front Store Manager in overseeing human, physical and financial resources. The role focuses on improving product flow from backroom to sales floor while maintaining store standards and customer experience.

You will work with the management team to ensure standards are upheld, participate in labor scheduling, and help manage costs while leading and mentoring staff within a dynamic retail environment.

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience and store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and workforce management to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
