Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary, AB, is looking for a Front Store Manager to help lead the store team and ensure exceptional customer service while optimizing product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will collaborate with the management team to uphold store standards, manage staffing with FSM, and drive profitability through engaged staff and effective scheduling; a locally owned store operating under a national banner.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
