Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Experience in front-store operations preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, Chainware and POS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence and coaching to staff.
• Lead CSA teams, schedule, recruit and manage performance.
• Oversee payroll, A/P and store administrative duties.
• Ensure OH&S and policy adherence across store operations.
• Drive employee engagement and training initiatives.
