Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Mississauga is seeking a capable store leader to assist the Front Store Manager in delivering health, beauty and convenience services to the community. You will help oversee daily operations and resources to keep the customer at the centre of everything we do.

This role focuses on staffing, inventory flow from backroom to sales floor, and coaching staff to uphold Blue Culture and our core values while driving store performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and staff development.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and scheduling of labor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Assist with hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy, in conjunction with the FSM.
• Drive Blue Culture, engagement and lead staff by example.
