Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking a Front Office Transformation Supervisor to lead workstreams improving sales, CRM, RevOps, and customer experience for middle-market clients. You will translate client needs into actionable designs.

The role involves directing client workshops, delivering process maps and roadmaps, coaching junior staff, and coordinating timelines. Travel up to 50% is required; Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or front office experience.
• Experience leading client-facing transformation workstreams from discovery through design and implementation readiness.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, operations, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within front office transformation projects, including current-state assessment, future-state design, and implementation readiness.
• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and align on solutions.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, including process maps, operating model recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Support transformation initiatives across lead-to-cash, RevOps, CRM transformation, and related areas.
• Coach junior team members and review deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items to keep workstreams on track.
