Job summary

The Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office Team, ensuring personalized guest service and upholding Relais & Châteaux, AAA 4/5 Diamond, Forbes standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in a high-end full-service facility, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a Front Office of a high-end full‑service facility.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills with the ability to exceed standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Relais & Chateaux and Forbes standards.
• Support the Front Office Manager and lead the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Serve as the on-site contact for guests and team members requiring immediate assistance.
• Participate in HR functions within the Front Office Department and foster learning and development.
• Help create and maintain efficient front office systems and workflows.
• Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and cost-management for the Front Office.
