Wickaninnish Inn, a Relais & Châteaux property on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, seeks a Guest Service Representative/Reservations Agent. You’ll greet guests, handle room, dining, spa, and activity bookings, and be a personal contact throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience or 1 year in a high-end luxury facility.
• Experience with reservations, concierge, or similar hospitality roles.
• Completion of a 2-year college program in Hotel Management/Front Desk Operations is a plus.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in and check out, delivering a personalised welcome.
• Execute reservations for rooms, dining, spa and activities across channels.
• Monitor and respond to email inquiries related to accommodations and experiences.
• Coordinate availability and booking information between Reservations and departments.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences for a seamless stay.
• Assist as Night Auditor when necessary and support front office tasks.
