Marriott Courtyard Toronto Mississauga West, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead a busy Front Desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards while managing guest concerns and group arrivals.

The role requires leadership, strong English communication, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unionized hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Front Office management experience in a hotel.
• Experience in a unionized hotel environment is required.
• Flexible and weekend availability is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and develop a Front Office team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Front Office team including Guest Service Agents.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Supervise the Front Desk to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, LSOPs, hotel standards and policies.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with sound judgment.
