Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is required.
• 1 year experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales/retail/telemarketing) is preferred.

• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic.
• Diligent and hardworking.
• Proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer centric approach to provide wow factor servicing for clients’ existing insurance plans.
• Effectively communicate insurance products to clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.

Responsibilities:

• Use a customer centric approach to provide wow factor servicing for our clients exisiting insurance plans.
• Effectively communicating Insurance products to clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
