Dynacare in Downtown Kelowna is seeking a Part-time Front Office Clerk to join our customer service team. You will answer calls, support with data entry, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth operations.
This on-site role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years in customer service, and comfort with MS Office. Pay rate $19.00–$22.75 per hour; 20 hours per week, Mon–Fri 10am–2pm with coverage during vacations.

As a Front Office Clerk, you are responsible for answering telephone inquiries from physicians, LHSC staff and patients. You will support with troubleshooting and correcting order entry errors, initiating patient recalls and communicating with couriers and physicians regarding specimen transportation. Additionally, you will support the Specimen Processing department.
Pay rate: $19.00-$22.75 per hour
The hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements.
