Job Description

Leon’s is currently looking for a Full Time Front Office Associate to provide excellent service to customers via phone and in person, to accurately process sales and customer requests, to ensure accuracy and security of customer orders and payments, and to assist with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales and payments for customers, as well as other customer requests
• Check voicemails, follow up with customers
• Call customers to set up deliveries and pick ups
• File daily reports and documents
• Complete end-of-day procedures – phones to night service, turn off lights & monitors, ensure area is tidy
• Process A-Z finalized and voids
• Update sales orders comments for reprints
• Ensure that orders to be delivered are paid in full
• Performing various other duties, as assigned

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.05.
