Jim Pattison Collision & Glass in Winnipeg is seeking a dependable Body Shop Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage front-office tasks, communications, scheduling, and daily admin in a busy collision repair environment.

The role reports to the Collision Manager and requires strong Microsoft Office skills, front-d desk professionalism, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, front-desk, or customer-service role is preferred.
• AR and AP experience is required.
• Dealership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a professional first impression.
• Answer and manage calls, emails and inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and repair documentation.
• Provide administrative support to estimators, managers and technicians.
