Job summary

Jim Pattison Collision & Glass in Winnipeg is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to organize the shop's production schedule, track repair progress, and communicate updates to keep work moving efficiently.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch break, reporting to the Collision Manager and coordinating with technicians, estimators, parts, management, customers, and insurers while ensuring safety and high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive collision repair experience or a strong understanding of the collision repair process.
• Knowledge of the Manitoba Public Insurance claims and repair process is an asset.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate competing priorities in a fast-paced collision centre.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset but not required.

About the role
