Job summary

Ruth's Chris Markham is seeking candidates for future Front of House opportunities. Front-of-house team members will report to work as scheduled, maintain proper uniform and hygiene, and support the guest dining experience.

You will set up the front line, coordinate with kitchen stations, garnish entrees, and ensure timely service to the table. Applicants must be able to lift and carry trays, stand for long periods, communicate with supervisors and guests, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the front line with equipment and small wares for service, and keeps the station stocked.
• Cleans large and small trays and tray stands for service readiness.
• Reads order tickets, times orders, checks doneness, and ensures proper plate presentation.
• Coordinates with broil and pantry to time and serve hot and cold items to guests.
• Garnishes entrees as specified and trays/serves food to tables promptly.
• Assists servers to ensure guests are served quickly and accurately.
• Completes side work as assigned by management.
