• Experience leading a restaurant leadership team.
• Ability to mentor and develop Supervisors and staff.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

• Communicating and connecting with guests to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional level.
• Implement initiatives to increase sales and increase profit.
• Assist in hiring processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.
