Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining room management as directed by Franchise Owner and General Manager
• Ensure store operates to Benchmark Restaurant standards and delivers Perfect Guest Experience
• Develop and coach associates to maintain high performance
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience across shifts
• Support and implement Standards and Controls
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Recipe's principles
