Job summary

New Horizon Co-op in Grande Prairie, Alberta is seeking a Front-End Supervisor for our Downtown Food Store. You will lead the front-end team, ensure a great customer experience, and maintain store standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance daily operations with frontline supervision. Flexible morning and evening shifts are available to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of check-out areas with health and safety regulations and maintain the store standards of cleanliness.

What you’ll do:
