Position Overview :

Mosaic Convention Center is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as on-site Front Desk & Sales Coordinator. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a welcoming personality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to juggle administrative tasks and sales initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients, responsible for converting inquiries into bookings, handling sales outreach, and supporting event operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly
  • Convert walk-in leads into bookings
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, invoicing, and scheduling
  • Support event coordination tasks such as onsite logistics
  • Perform additional duties and special tasks as assigned or requested to support team and business needs

Qualifications :

  • Sales Coordination, Sales, and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Social media know-how is a bonus
  • Open to recent graduates

Work Schedule :

The work schedule includes weekdays and weekends, with morning and evening shifts on a rotational basis.
